A Continuation of the Work — With Greater Intention
Guiding the Next Generation of Clinicians
What Led Me to This Work
I didn’t come into this work by accident. it’s something that has grown and evolved with me.

As the co-founder of Urban Restoration Counseling Center (URCC), I had the opportunity to build, lead, and support both clients and clinicians in meaningful ways.

When URCC began to close and restructure, I was given space to reflect on the parts of the work I felt most connected to. I realized I wanted to continue supporting people directly while also creating something more aligned, sustainable, and intentional.
Crown Johnson Consulting is the result of that reflection. It represents a continuation of my work with a clearer focus on how I show up as both a therapist and supervisor.

My approach to therapy and clinical supervision is grounded in compassion, honesty, and intention. I believe growth happens when people feel supported enough to be vulnerable and challenged enough to move forward.
Whether working with clients or clinicians, my goal is to create a space that fosters clarity, confidence, and meaningful change beyond the session itself.

Who I Help
I work with people who are tired of feeling stuck in the same patterns and are ready to understand themselves on a deeper level.

Some are navigating anxiety, stress, or major life transitions. Others are trying to make sense of their relationships—why things feel hard, disconnected, or repetitive.

Therapy becomes a space where you don’t have to have it all together. It’s a place to slow down, be honest about what you’re experiencing, and begin to move forward in a way that feels more aligned.
